Each Geek has to pass a rigourous screening process designed to measure professionalism, technical and communication skills. This will take 2 weeks to complete the process unlike months recruitment process.
The first step of the screening process is to assess the communication and Language skills. We also assess professionlism and behavioral aspects, looking for candidates who are passionate and fully engaged in their work.
We test each Geek/Resource technical skills and problem-solving ability through various assessments and challenges. Every geek of the DigitlX network is an highly proficient in technical and domain skills, and we process only advance candidates with exceptional results in this stage.
Each candidate is interviewed by DigitlX technicl Architects who are experts in their enterprise level Technical skills. Our Architects provide specific enterprise level exercises, looking for problem-solving ability, depth of experience, communication ability and creativity.
Each Geek is assigned with project or POC to evaluate whether they can work at Enterprise level. Projects take 1 week are comprehensive and provide real-world scenarios for candidates to demonstrate their competence, professionalism, and integrity.
